If you are not 100% satisfied with ANY service repair we have provided, we will do whatever we can to ensure your complete satisfaction. If our technician(s) swear, are not drug free, do not wear medical shoe covers, or leave your home without cleaning up you only pay what you think is fair.

If your furnace or air conditioner fails within the first year, and we do not repair it within 48 hours of your call, we will write you a check for $500 for your frustration.
The system(s) installed will heat and cool your home according to state requirements or the system will be replaced at no charge. (Comfort guarantee is limited to one year from installation date.)
If the compressor fails twice during the manufacturer’s warranty, we will install a complete new outside unit. If the heat exchanger fails twice in your furnace during the manufacturer’s warranty, we will install a complete new furnace.
You will save the percentage on your heating and cooling costs detailed on your sales agreement or we will refund the difference of your savings not realized the first year. (If system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately to allow us to evaluate system performance).
